INFORMATION

URGENT NOTICE

Advance notice of cancellation of places in our school is of the utmost importance and is a matter of justice to other students anxiously awaiting vacancies. Parents of any student not returning in September are requested to inform the school immediately in writing.

SUPERVISED STUDY 3.45 p.m. — 5.50 p.m.

Supervised evening study will commence Monday 1st. September. Cost €80.00 (1st. September — 24th October = 8 weeks) and €50.00 (3rd November to 5th December = 5 weeks). All payments must be made in advance on half term or term basis as convenient.

SATURDAY MORNING STUDY 9.00 a.m. — 12.00 p.m.

Open to all students. Fee €2.00. Saturday morning study will commence on 27th September .

LUNCH PASS / LATE BUS PASS

In cases of genuine need, a lunch or late bus pass may be obtained from the School Office on receipt of a student passport photo and signed letter of explanation from parents/guardians. Lunch pass is only available to students who go home to lunch.

NOTICE TO ART STUDENTS

€70 will be collected from all Art students by Mrs. O'Meara and Ms. Helen Roberts during the first art class in September. The students will pay this sum for the usage of materials in the Art Room for 2008-2009.

SCHOOL MUSICAL

Auditions will be held in early September .  2nd, 4th and 5th year students are eligible.

SCHOOL ORCHESTRA AND CHOIRS

Incoming 1st Year and new students will be auditioning for the Choir and Orchestra in September
